Halsey has just released an album to which fans are responding fairly well. In addition to explaining why she is known for writing about her exes, she explained why she no longer went out with musicians.
Halsey and Yungblud went out together for about a year before leaving with American actor Horror Story Evan Peters.
Their relationship was shared on social media and the two even collaborated on a song. In a recent interview with Zane Lowe, she revealed that just because the court ended didn’t mean Yungblud was a bad person.
“I wrote it at home. I wrote it in my living room at 2 a.m. I was going out with Dom. I was really happy. I was thinking about the night we encountered. I needed to tell this romantic story. I hadn’t written a love song before, not one without a punchline … It’s just a beautiful song. It’s about feeling safe and feeling like you can trust love. People, sometimes rightly, sometimes not, swarm with someone’s ex and develop all these stories about them. And he’s just a really great guy.
She added that there is a story that if you go out with her, she will write a song about you. She does not deny the stigma but rather wants people to understand that it is not a bad thing. Hannah Brown Reacts To Jennifer Aniston Throwing Shade At Her For Showing Up On The Bachelor.
Halsey also revealed that she has finished dating other musicians yet.
“I stopped going out with musicians, which is to my advantage. I want everyone to be the best version of themselves so much so that sometimes I don’t focus on creating the best version of myself. I do everything in my power to help them succeed … And then, at some point, I wonder where I am in this box.
